While shopping in Fez, Morocco, Jamie stumbled into a tiny shop where they were hand weaving textiles. She watched in amazement as they wove colorful threads into intricate patterns on a giant wooden loom. She was so inspired and this is where it all began!

Steel Feathers is a socially conscience business. The textiles have been carefully curated to help support impoverished villages and communities.

The textiles in the ONE OF A KIND COLLECTION are vintage, hand-dyed, handwoven or hand-embroidered. Any irregularities should not be considered flaws but rather unique aspects of these amazing handmade pillows.

The pillows are made by hand in Austin, Texas and filled with custom down/feather inserts (included in price).
